Buy in:  Run or row, stretch, 5 reps of each movement in the chipper.  

For time: 

Run 800 m

100 double unders 

50 sit ups

25 kick up to handstand (95% of the people at our gym should use the wall for these.  if you are not comfortable getting into a handstand, sub pushups. if kicking up to a handstand is too easy, 25 handstand pushups, standing up between every rep) 

Run 400 m

50 sit ups

25 kick up to handstand (same caveats as above)

100 double unders

Run 800 m
