Those of you that are participating in the Main Terrain Workout tomorrow, meet at the gym around 10.  We will walk over to the park at 10:15.  This is a more the merrier situation, so bring a friend!

Buy In: Group massage, running prep.

In 20 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:

Run 400 meters

Rest exactly one minute.
