Run 1 Suicide

20 meters burpee broad jump (where the feet land will be where the hands are placed for the burpee.  re-read as necessary to achieve full comprehension)

1 rope climb

Run 200 meters

3 rounds Barbell Complex (105/155): 1 Deadlift>2 Hang Cleans>3 Front Squats

Run 400 meters

6 rounds "Cindy" 5 pullups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

Run 800 meters

1 rope climb

20 meters burpee broad jump

Run 1 suicide

for staging purposes busy workouts will require that barbell movements be limited to the gym.  DO NOT PUT WEIGHTS OUTSIDE, WHERE THEY WILL BE IN THE WAY.
