20 minutes to find a deadlift max, then

complete 3 rounds for time of:

10 deadlifts @ 95/135

15 pullups

20 bar facing burpees. Chest to deck standard- both feet leave the ground at the same time while hopping over the bar and both feet land at the same time. Practice following directions.
