100 air squats
100 meters of burpee broad jump. The broad jump starts upon landing the burpee. The burpee begins at the point where the feet land. In other words, once you've broad jumped you don't stretch forward into the plank, but rather place your hands on the ground right at the tips of your shoes and move the body back from that spot. If you don't get it, we'll explain it at the gym.
