Buy In: Row 500.  2 minutes: Plank, Asian Squat, Olympic Wall Squat, Couch Stretch. 5 reps each movement from the WOD.

Team Fight Gone Bad

In teams of up to 5 every athlete will complete the following:

60 Wall Balls, 60 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (53/75), 60 Box Jumps, 60 Push Press (53/75), 60 Calories on the Rower.

Divy up the work as desired.  Top team gets free stuff.  Scores are submitted to a scan-tron based test agency.  They have promised to return the results within 3 weeks.  In the meantime everyone post their individual time along with their team time.
