Back Squat 3 sets of 5 reps.  Straight sets.  Heavy.

then for time complete:

10 wall balls

1 muscle up

20 wall balls

2 muscle ups

30 wall balls

3 muscle ups

20 wall balls

2 muscle ups

10 wall balls 

1 muscle up

Muscle up sub= 1 chest to bar pullup, 1 dip
