Buy In: Good idea. 25 reps partition as needed- Hang power clean and jerk unloaded barbell. Toes to bar.  GHD situps. Back extensions. Push ups. Turf work: 20 meters walking rdl's, spiderman lunge, forward roll.

at the Main Terrain Park:

Run 500 meters

12 Pullups

21 KB Swings.  Please don't put divots in the sod w/ the Kettlebells (Chris Precise).

Rest as needed between rounds

20 minute time cap.
