Buy In: Get your bars set up and complete a few progressively heavier short sets of each movement.  Plan to work together during this workout with someone who is about your size.

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight  (yes, SQUAT clean)

Set up three bars and storm through for time.
