Buy In: Tabata Double unders.  Barbell triceps smash.  Couch stretch.  Asian Squat.  2 rounds 12 reps: GHD situps, pullups, barbell hang squat cleans, supermans, hollow body crunches.

Partner Jan

One person will begin with pullups the other with Squat clean and jerks. Women's weight is 85#, Men's weight is 115#.  

Jan is 5 squat clean and jerks, 5 pullups.

10 rounds.

Teams will share a barbell.  Person must finish clean and jerks before beginning pullups. Each team member will complete 10 rounds.
