Loaded barbell carry 155/225 200 meters (a single loaded bar)
30 Reps (total) Dead lifts @ same weight.
40 bench press @85% of each lifters max
50 overhead walking lunges 25/45 (each lifter does 50 can be partitioned)
60 kettle bell rows (split it up) 25/53
70 pull-ups chest to bar (split it up)
Loaded barbell carry overhead 53/95 (bar does not touch the ground) 200 meters.
Complete a movement before moving on. Start and finish with carries but work can go out of sequence if necessary.
