Buy In: Tabata Double unders or Tabata rowing. Turf work: 20 meters- High knees, butt kickers, side shuffle down and back, walking lunges, spiderman walking lunges.
Squat: warm up with sets of 2 (progressive loading)
Complete 2 reps Front Squat on the minute for 12 minutes. Loading: Try to go heavy and stay heavy.
Helpful hint for today's workout: Getting stronger is hard. Doing heavy sets of 2 will make you stronger, but it won't make you bigger. Going heavy will make you tougher. Being tough is hard. Being tough will not make you bigger, but it will make you stronger. Being stronger makes life easier. Practice trying.
