Back Squat 5 reps@75%, 3 reps@85%, 3 singles@90+%.

Assistance work:

3 sets of 10-15 reps in circuit fashion

Weighted hip bridges

GHD Sit-ups

Walking lunges (hold db or kb in each hand) 5-8 reps/side
