Buy In: 10 reps: band pull aparts, band shoulder dislocations, barbell (unloaded) snatch grip jerk (behind the head- don't break your Cervical spine), hang power snatch. Then 10 minutes to tend to your tender bits MWOD style (Yann is real good at helping with this part).
