Buy In: 25 reps GHD Sit-ups, Toes to Bar, Unloaded barbell back squats.  

Complete up to 5 sets of progressively heavier sets of 3 back squats.

Complete 8 sets of 3 reps Back Squat.  Use the same weight for every set. This weight will be a reference point for future work, so write it down!
