Buy In: High five a trainer.  Remove your sleeves. 20 reps: Band face pulls, band pull aparts, band push downs, push ups, hollow body crunches. 


5 rounds max reps:

bodyweight bench (men) 1/2 bodyweight (women)

pullups (strict)

Rest as needed between sets.

Post reps/round to comments.  Use a chin up grip if necessary and DON'T KIP!
