Snatch Progression w/ PVC (5 reps each- high hang, mid-thigh,at the knees, below the knees, liftoff, power snatch) then repeat w/ unloaded barbell.  Mobilize your aching thighs.  Spend 15 minutes practicing flawless snatch technique.
