Buy In: get ready. do progressively heavier reps of squat clean and jerk to prepare.

Complete 30 reps Squat Clean and Jerk. 135 women/185 men.  If you performed last Wednesday's workout, use the same weight you used then.  If the weight proved to be too easy, add weight.  You should be a little bit frightened. Time cap= 30 minutes.
