Buy In: Tabata Double Unders.  12 reps: unloaded Barbell shoulder press, barbell push press, barbell thrusters, barbell hang power snatch, barbell overhead squat. Mobilize.

Complete 1 snatch every minute on the minute for 12 minutes.  You should go heavy.

partition the following as desired for time:

100 Wall Balls (14#ball for women/20#ball for men)

100 Hang Power Snatches (63/95)
