Buy In: Tabata set. pick one- airdyne, rower, double-unders.  25 reps (partition as needed): bar rollouts, ghd situps, side-lying bridges, pullups, supermans, weighted hip bridges.

Deadlift 5 sets of 3 reps. 

Finisher: 8, 20-meter sprints. Rest as needed.
