 Another farewell is in order, this time to our friend Tom Cupo. He is headed to Knoxville to get some schoolin and will return in a couple of years as a Physician Assistant. You will be missed! 

Buy In: Wrist mobility/stretching, barbell triceps smash, pvc shoulder complex.

Power clean 10-15 reps total. Begin counting reps north of 75%.

Then in 15 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:

3 rope climbs 

10 pullups

15 power cleans@120/155
