Squat clean:

1x5 50%

1x3 75%

1x3 80%

1x2 85%

1x1 90+%

WoD:Every minute on the minute complete 1 squat clean (80-85%). Use the balance of that minute to do as many bar facing burpees as possible. Your workout is over upon completition of 100 burpees or 15 minutes.
