then in 7 minutes climb the ladder:

3 Deadlifts/Burpees, 6 Deadlifts/Burpees, 9 Deadlifts/Burpees,12 Deadlifts/Burpees and so on.

Deadlift weight is 165/245. Burpees are standard (not bar jumping).
