Buy In: Sign up for the Open (alternately post your rationale for not participating).  Run 400 meters (the back gate sidewalk is complete!). 25 reps Toes to Bar, KB Swings, Barbell Curls (because, dammit).

Skill Work: Double unders

This workout is 22 minutes long. Begin with 21-15-9 reps of: Burpees and Wall Balls. With the time remaining complete as many rounds as possible of- Run 400 meters, 50 double unders.
