Special note for those competing in the Open:  We have a limited availability to judge on Friday.  If you need to be judged on Friday at lunch it will have to be at 1:00pm.  Otherwise we are open Saturday AND Sunday for Open WOD 14.5 judging. Unless you will be out of town or live in Dalton please do not wait until Monday to perform this workout.  If you have extenuating circumstances and cannot perform the workout until Monday, please e-mail us so we can make arrangements.

Buy In: Group mobility- PVC Hip flexor smash, PVC T-Spine smash. 1 minute- Couch stretch, frog stretch, olympic wall squat.  Barbell triceps smash.
