Hit some serious shoulder prep. Review MWOD posters as needed and/or consult a trainer.  Plan on barbell triceps smash, and band shoulder mob's. Warm up your dips and your power cleans. 
Then, for time:
Clean, 135# / 95#
Ring Dips
You do not have to squat for the cleans, but you can squat if you want to.  Sub bar dips or box dips as needed.
