Buy In: Tabata Double Unders (or Row),  Tabata Toes to bar

Mobility: Couch Stretch, Captain Morgan Stretch, Frog Stretch, Asian Squat, Pigeon.

Front Squat 2x3@60%, 2x3@70%, 2x3@80%, 9 reps at 85% or higher. Break up those 9 as needed.

Finisher: Row 500 meters as fast as possible. (alternately max double unders in 2 minutes).
