Buy In: 20 Air Squat+400 meter run.

Mobility: 1 minute each Frog Stretch, Pigeon/each side, Banded Hamstring Stretch/each side.

Strength: Squat 10 reps at 90 percent or higher. Break your reps up as needed. By all means take some time to work up to your working set weight.
