Buy In: Partner up and start moving with an unloaded barbell. 

In 30 minutes (the clock will be counting down), complete your best 3 position snatch.  That's a hang squat snatch, a knee high hang squat snatch, and a touch and go from the floor squat snatch, and then a repeat of those three positions, meaning a total of 6 reps per set. A missed rep or releasing the bar means you do not count this set. Post the weight of your heaviest completed set.
