15 reps Wide grip bench (index finger on the outside of the rings which mark the snatch grip) 65/135

15 reps Bent over rows  (overhand grip- stay folded keep back flat, pull bar to navel)

15 reps Push Press Wall Balls (no deep squatting!) 10' target 10#/20#
