1 minute (per side where applicable): couch stretch, pvc hip flexor smash, frog stretch.

12 minute EMOM: Front Squat 2 reps every minute on the minute@82.5%.

6 minute EMOM: Jerk (from the rack) 1 rep@ whatyougot%  Let it hit the floor and clean it (you can get help).  Break a J-Cup, buy a J-Cup!

then: In 5 minutes, complete as many burpees as possible.
