Buy In:10 reps Roll ups (do single-leg, aka pistols if you can, if not use both legs. see video below).

Hanging L-sit as long as you can. 20 meters handstand walk.

Mobilize: Asian Squat, Couch Stretch, Captain Morgan Stretch, Frog Stretch.

Back Squat: 3,3,3,3,3 Straight Sets. 

Finisher: 500 meters row for time.
