Buy In:15 burpees.  Squat prep. Tabata downdog progression. Captain Morgan stretch, olympic wall squat, couch stretch. Band shoulder mobility work.

Squat 5 sets of 5 straight sets.

Between sets of squats, perform  5sets of 5 Handstand push ups (deficit if possible) or do shoulder presses (off the floor).
