Buy In: 10 Reps- Band Snatch Balance,Band OHS,Band Pull aparts, Banded RDL's, Banded no money drill
Mobility: Work on gaining greater mobility through your pecs and hips/quads. Banded hamstring, banded pigeon, olympic wall squat etc. Take 10 minutes to address your overly tight bits.
Assistance Work: Take 15 minutes to work on your OHS and your double unders. Ask a coach to see if you are getting your depth. If you can't hit depth in warm-up it is foolhardy to attempt this WOD Rx'd.
In 10 minutes complete as many rounds and reps as possible of: 10 OHS 95/135, 50 Double Unders.
