Power Cleans (50% Bodyweight for Women, 75% Bodyweight for Men- (don't freak out its a guide)) 8 reps

Box Jumps (20"/24") 12 reps

Deadlift (75% Bodyweight Women, Bodyweight Men) 10 reps

Kettlebell Swings (44/53) 12 reps 

Dips (box,bar or ring) 6 reps
