With a partner complete 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of:
each partner will use the same weight and you will use the same weight for all movements. Partner A will begin the workout with 10 Snatches. Lifter B will then do 9 Snatches. You will alternate each time. Lifter B will do the first 10 reps of the Thrusters. Lifter A goes first on Back Squats, Lifter B is first on the cleans. This workout will be for weight, not for time.
