Buy In:10 reps- Band Shoulder Complex, Jumping jacks lateral arms, jumping jacks front raises, reverse lunge into spiderman lunge position (add twisting lookback to complete the rep).

Mobilize

Complete 30 pullups for time.

Rest 3 Minutes

Complete 30 reps Shoulder to Overhead (Weight comes off of the floor).  Rx for men equals Bodyweight, Rx for women equals 70% Bodyweight.

Post total time (include rest period).
