This workout is for time.  Everyone will leave the gym at the same time for the first run. You have exactly two minutes to work beginning at the instant you cross the threshold of the garage door.  If you come back from the first run at 3:28, you have until 5:28 to leave for the next run. The order in which you complete the 2 minute max rep exercises is unimportant.
