42 reps Wall Ball, Sumo Deadlfit High Pull, Box Jumps, Push Press

Run 800 Meters (sub 42 cals on rower)

30 reps Wall Ball, Sumo Deadlfit High Pull, Box Jumps, Push Press

Run 400 meters (sub 30 cals on rower)

18 reps Wall Ball, Sumo Deadlfit High Pull, Box Jumps, Push Press

Run 200 meters (sub 18 cals on rower)
