Buy In: Turf work 20 meters- bear crawls, walking rdl's, walking lunges, walking spiderman lunges, burpee broad jumps. 

Mobilize.

Deadlift 10 sets of 10 reps (at roughly 60% of 1RM)

Between sets complete 5 reps of GHD Sit-ups and 10 reps Plate Pullovers on a bench.
