Buy In: Samson Stretch left side and right side 3 times per side. Hold a 15 or 25#plate overhead with elbows locked while performing the stretch. Pigeon, asian squat, olympic wall squat, frog stretch. Get LOOSE.
Complete 10 sets of 5 reps. Do not add weight if you don't look like a high-performing olympic lifter. Bring your phone, so the trainer can record your lifts and show you that your form really isn't that awesome and give you some visual feedback.
Snatch Grip Deadlifts. If it aint purty, DON"T ADD WEIGHT.
