Buy In: 5 reps unloaded barbell snatch progression. Mobilize. Progressively load your bar and prepare for the workout.
Complete 5 rounds for time of:
12 reps Snatch Grip Deadlift
9 reps Hang Power Snatch
6 reps Overhead Squat
You'll use the same load for every movement with one exception. If you cannot perform an OHS with proper form or your hand goes numb, use a very light weight instead and practice good form. Think of this WOD as the Hero WOD "DT" but instead with snatch variations. I'll dub it "R.T." (Roebuck Troubles). I'm thinking 115 (not prescribing) for guys 65 for ladies. Again- a recommendation not an "Rx" designation.
