Buy in: unloaded barbell complex 5 reps each of- rdl's,bent over rows, hang power cleans, reverse lunges w/bar in front rack position (yep 5 each side), strict press, back squat, clusters from the hang. Mobilize and perform progressively heavier clusters to prepare for the workout.

EMOTM for 15 minutes complete two clusters. You pick the weight. Ideally you stick with the same weight for all reps. In the event that you need to adjust the load, simply record the lightest load you used as the weight of record.
