Buy In: Use an unloaded barbell to complete 5 reps of each movement. Mobilize and begin adding weight to your bar to prepare for the workout.
This workout consists of 5 barbell exericises. You will use the same weight for every exercise. You will complete as many reps as possible in one minute. The clock will run continuously. After you've completed a minute of each exercise, you get a one minute rest. This is the same format as Fight Gone Bad. Unlike Fight Gone Bad, there will be no rotating. You'll simply switch movements. This format ensures that every athlete proceeds in exactly the same order. Women's weight is 65#, Men's is 95#.
