In 9 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:

5 reps Overhead Squat (65/115) (don't hesitate to scale to a pvc pipe. numbness is no).

10 Pistols (5/side alternating)

15 Box Jumps (or step ups) (20"/24")

then in 6 minutes find your Thruster 1RM. (Squat clean and jerk is not what is called for here).
