15 Barbell Bench Press

EMOM for 5 minutes complete:

Row 15 calories

EMOM for 5 minutes complete

15 Wall Balls

EMOM for 5 minutes complete

15 step ups or box jumps

if you need to reduce the number of reps, no problem. Shoot for consistency though. Don't start out with 12 and then drop off to 5.  Load accordingly.
