10x400 with one minute rest.

For time Run 400 meters resting one minute after every run. You will complete 10 total 400's. The workout ends after you complete your 10th 400. If you complete every run in 2 minutes and rest exactly one minute after every running bout (except the final run), your total time for this wod would be 29 minutes.


If you leave to begin a run but did not take 60 seconds to rest, you have not performed this workout as prescribed. The 60 second rest period begins as soon as you reach the threshold of the garage door.
