Buy In:10 reps Band shoulder complex, band pull aparts, band no money drill.

Bench Press: 2x3@60%,2x3@70%,1x Max reps@80%

Then with a partner:

"Push/Pull"

(Set up the plyo boxes for chest to ball pushups)

This is a 10 minute wod.

Partner 1 will begin on the rower and pull for max calories in 1 minute

Partner 2 will do max reps chest to ball pushups.

You will alternate every minute completing 5 sets of each exercise. Record total team reps.
