Buy In: 5 reps barbell clean progression. Mobilize.

Complete 30 reps Clean and Jerk for time. Squat clean, power clean, push jerk, split jerk- it's all good.

Lifter's choice of weight. You can add weight as you go, but if you reach failure at any given weight, the workout is terminated. You're allowed to miss reps, but if you positively cannot get a rep even after mulitple attempts, you're done.  Score is total time or reps in the event of an incomplete WOD.

You have 30 minutes.
