Buy In: Unloaded barbell complex 5 reps each of- sumo-deadlift high pull, hang power clean, front squat, strict press, back squat, push press, rdl, hang power snatch, overhead squat. Mobilize.

Spend a few minutes working up to your working set weight, then:

Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes (7 rounds):

Complete 3 reps Snatch grip deadlift, 3 reps hang power snatch, 6 overhead reverse lunges (3/side) (use the same weight for all three exercises and perform them as a complex)

Loading here is going to be limited by your ability to manage the lunges. You should have time to adjust loading up or down between sets which is fine.
